FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about blueprints and custom apparel.

Blueprints & Large Format

How fast can I get my blueprints printed?

During business hours, orders are usually ready in about 30 minutes. Orders placed outside those times will be ready the following business day.

What file format do you need?

PDF only, for the most accurate to-scale print. If you're unsure your file is set up correctly, ask us before ordering — we're happy to take a look.

Can you laminate or scan old prints?

Yes — we can laminate a finished set for job-site durability, or scan an existing print into a digital PDF copy for your records.

What sizes do you print?

Arch B through Arch E, in black ink or full color.

Custom Apparel

How long does an apparel order take?

Typically 5–7 business days. Need it sooner? Ask about rush service.

What's the minimum order size?

24 pieces guarantees standard turnaround. Smaller runs of 6+ pieces are available but may take a bit longer.

Do you charge for design help?

No — free design help is included. If you're not sure where to start, we'll mock up a few options for you at no charge.

What's the difference between DTF, screen printed inks, and embroidery?

DTF (full color) is best for detailed, multi-color designs with no color limits. Screen printed inks are the most cost-effective option for bulk orders with bold, solid colors. Embroidery gives a polished, stitched look — great for hats, polos, and corporate apparel. Not sure which fits your project? Just ask.

Do you offer a fundraiser program?

Yes — reach out and we'll walk you through how it works for your school, team, or organization.

Will you design ANYTHING on apparel?

Yes! Well — with the exception of vulgar, inappropriate images/words/concepts, and copyrighted material. We will print copyrighted or trademarked material if you provide written approval from the appropriate organization. We are a Christian based company and will adhere to those beliefs. We have the right to refuse any design without question.
